Your catalog, from your suppliers' documents
Upload invoices, price lists or offers (PDF or spreadsheet), or forward them to your Bilketa address. AI reads the lines, you review anything uncertain, and products, pack sizes and latest prices land in a searchable catalog.

Shop it like a good e-shop
Search, browse by category or supplier, and fill one cart across all of them, quickly enough to do between two other jobs.

One email per supplier, from your Gmail
Review each order email and press Send. It leaves from your own Gmail account, appears in your Sent folder, and suppliers reply to you as they always have.
Your mailbox stays yours
Bilketa asks Google only for permission to send email. It never reads, lists or changes your mailbox, and nothing is sent until you confirm it.
Who runs Bilketa
Bilketa is built in Estonia by its founder, Aleksei Baranovski, who started it to handle ordering for his own restaurant.
