Cancellation and refunds
Draft — last updated 2026-10-13
This page is in English for now. Estonian and Russian translations are pending legal review.
Billing is not live yet
Bilketa does not charge anyone yet. This page describes how cancellation and refunds will work once paid plans start, so you know in advance. We will finalise it together with our payment provider's requirements before taking any payment.
Cancelling a subscription
- You can cancel at any time, in the app or by emailing us.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep full access until then and are not charged again.
- After the period ends you can still export your data for 30 days; see Deleting your data.
Business customers and the right of withdrawal
Bilketa is a service for businesses (companies and other organisations that order from suppliers). The 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law applies to consumers only, so it does not apply to subscriptions bought by a business. If you believe you are buying as a consumer, contact us before subscribing.
Refunds
- Goodwill window. If Bilketa is not right for you, ask within 14 days of your first paid charge and we will refund it in full.
- Our mistakes. If we charge you incorrectly or twice, we refund the difference.
- Otherwise, charges for a billing period that has started are not refunded pro rata; cancellation stops the next charge.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 10 business days.
How to ask
Email [email protected] from the address on your account and tell us which organisation the subscription is for. See also our Terms of service.
