Connect Gmail

If your business uses Gmail or Google Workspace, connecting it takes one sign-in. Orders then leave from your own address and suppliers' replies land in your inbox as usual.

Connect

  1. Open Settings → Email & sending.
  2. Choose Connect and sign in with the Google account you order from.
  3. Google asks you to allow Bilketa to send email on your behalf. Allow it.

Google may warn that Bilketa isn't verified yet. Choose Advanced → Continue.

What Bilketa can and can't do

  • It can send the emails you confirm, from your address.
  • It cannot read, change or delete anything in your mailbox. It never asks Google for that permission.
  • Every order is prepared as a draft first; nothing leaves until you confirm it.

Disconnect

Open Settings → Email & sending and choose Disconnect. Bilketa deletes its access and withdraws it at Google. Orders can't be sent until you connect a mailbox again.

Can't use this, for example because your organisation's administrator blocks third-party apps? Send by SMTP instead, or see Gmail over SMTP.
